Bernhard Linder becomes new CFO
Olaf Werwitzke is leaving the HOERBIGER Group after a successful tenure as CFO and member of the Executive Board. He will be succeeded by Bernhard Lindner, previously Managing Director of HOERBIGER Wien GmbH, who brings many years of experience in Finance & Controlling.
The HOERBIGER Board of Directors announces that Olaf Werwitzke will be leaving the company by mutual agreement. He joined HOERBIGER in October 2020 as CFO and Member of the Executive Board, having previously acted as Head of Group Controlling from 2009 to 2013.
As CFO, Olaf Werwitzke shaped HOERBIGER in a decisive phase by focusing, optimizing structures and increasing efficiency, thus making an important contribution to the strong sustainable growth of recent years. HOERBIGER thanks Olaf Werwitzke for his valuable contribution to the company and wishes him all the best for his professional and personal future.
The Board of Directors has appointed Bernhard Lindner as his successor, who will assume his role as CFO and Member of the Executive Board with immediate effect. Bernhard Lindner has been with the HOERBIGER Group for 25 years, including 15 years in various Finance & Controlling functions in Germany, Singapore, the USA and Austria.
